Ingredients

  • 45 g oats 1/2 cup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 120 ml milk of choice 1/2 cup
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • Additional Greek yogurt for layering
  • Melted dark chocolate for topping

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, salt, and chocolate chips. Stir until well mixed and all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a jar or container. Add a layer of Greek yogurt on top for extra creaminess. Pour melted dark chocolate over the yogurt layer to create a chocolate shell.
  • Cover the jar or container and let it soak in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 4 hours, allowing the oats to soften and flavors to meld together.
  • In the morning, crack the chocolate shell with a spoon and enjoy your Cookie Dough Overnight Oats. Top with additional peanut butter, fresh fruit, or granola if desired.
